    Peter Spencer joined IMI in November 2010 and was promoted to President of IMI Merchandising in January 2012.  In March 2013, Peter was appointed as President, Indoor Climate. Before joining IMI, Peter held several senior positions at Scotsman Industries, Danaher Corporation and more recently as CEO of both Teleflex Automotive, and then LPC (tissue products).  Peter earned a Masters in Business Administration and holds qualifications; Diploma in Management Studies, IIM Cert and Diploma, HNC Mechanical & Production Engineering.

    Mike joined IMI in 2003 as MD of Indoor Climate’s Eastern European Division. In 2009 he also assumed responsibility for the TA Regulator factory in Slovenia (60 people, £5m turnover), now in the responsibility of Michael Preinerstorfer, and in 2010 took over responsibility for the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining IMI he was a member of the British Foreign and Commonwealth office for 25 years, serving as a Diplomat, mainly in trade related positions in Embassies in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany and the Sudan.

    Michael joined IMI in December 1998 on the graduate program after obtaining a masters degree in metallurgical engineering. Since 2000 he has held several positions in sales (Heimeier, TA, Norgren) and as LCM Project Management (Norgren Brno). In January 2006 Michael was appointed MD of Buschjost, a Norgren company. In May 2009, Michael came back to the Indoor Climate Group as MD for Heimeier and the German market and now has responsibility for the TA Regulator factory in Slovenia.
