Vice President, HS&E / RB – IMI HQ
Qualified with a BSc HS&E, MBA International Business Management and MS in Human Resources / Labour Management, Richard is an alumnus of Cal State University Northridge, Chapman University and Michigan State University. He joined IMI in 2007 as Safety Director for CCI. Following promotion to Director of Global Services for Severe Services in 2009, he went on to become Senior Director of HS&E / RB in 2010. By November of the same year, he had been promoted again, to his current role as Vice President, HS&E / RB.
I wanted to join IMI because the company’s core values align very well with my own. But I’ve never known a business as dynamic and exciting as IMI is, day in, day out!
For twenty years, I’ve had a global career, so I’m used to being mobile. Being here has allowed me to realise the full scope of the opportunities available on a global basis. On a personal level, I’ve learned to always believe in myself, whilst professionally my experience at IMI has proven time and again that hard work, dedication and commitment always pay off!
